Sido Jombati Interview

Sido Jombati scored his first goal of the season as Wycombe beat Bristol Rovers at the Memorial Stadium.

The defender nodded home a Joe Jacobson corner from close range on 58 minutes and spoke to me after the game on BBC Three Counties Radio:

Bristol Rovers 0-1 Wycombe Wanderers

Wycombe Wanderers picked up their third EFL1 away victory of the season in a tight affair against Bristol Rovers.

A second half Side Jombati header was enough to seal the three points and maintain the Chairboys eight point gap from the relegation zone.

Ainsworth Post Doncaster Rovers

Wycombe Wanderers pulled off another stunning comeback to claim an unlikely victory over play-off chasing Doncaster Rovers.

Coming into the game, the Chairboys had scored the most amount of goals in the final 15 minutes of EFL1 matches so far this season and they added three more to that tally with a magnificent turnaround from two goals down.

The frustrated Doncaster manager Grant McCann called his team “arrogant” for allowing the points to slip away whilst a relieved Gareth Ainsworth spoke to me live on BBC Three Counties Radio. Here is what he had to say:

Dom Gape Interview

Wycombe Wanderers equaled a club Football League record with their six consecutive win at Adams Park with an impressive victory over Barnsley. After the game, I spoke with Chairboys  midfielder Dom Gape:

Wycombe Wanderers made it six home league wins on the trot with a one nil victory over high flying Barnsley at a windy Adams Park.

Accrington Stanley 1-2 Wycombe Wanderers

Wycombe Wanderers fought back from a goal down to snatch a late winner against Accrington Stanley at the WHAM Stadium.

It was the first Chairboys away victory in the league since late August and Gareth Ainsworth was delighted with the three points to back up the clubs excellent home form.

Alex Samuel interview

Wycombe Wanderers snatched their first EFL1 away victory since late August courtesy of an injury time rocket from striker Alex Samuel at Accrington Stanley.

The young Welsh striker has impressed since joining the Chairboys in the Summer and I spoke to him after the match:
